Insurance Verification and Patient Responsibility
As a courtesy, we may verify your insurance benefits; however, it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to confirm mental health coverage, eligibility, and any applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or authorization requirements with their insurance provider prior to treatment.
If your insurance does not provide coverage for mental health services, if benefits are exhausted, or if a claim is denied for any reason, you will be responsible for payment of our current self-pay (cash) rate. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Appointments must be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge to the card on file.
We understand that delays can happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Our goal in sharing this information is to protect you from unexpected billing issues and to comply with the rigid standards set by insurance providers.
